Accept that
there are no absolutes. And there isn’t time to draw big
conclusions from your efforts. The competition is on your heels.
Your customers are at your throat. Pause now and you waste everything
you gain in steps 1-3. Keep moving, and keep your mind open.
There are a lot of advertising messages out there, and they’re
all coming at once. Disrupt the din. Break out. And please,
remember to sound human, not like the latest marketing plan.
There’s no lasting solution because everything is constantly
changing in a constantly changing market. Don’t get hung
up on it. Your brand is the single most important asset you
have as a company. Your job, and ours, is to build brands that
